By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

 SERVICES

Reverie Haus LLC provides professional salon services including but not limited to:

• Hair color • Haircuts • Hair extensions • Chemical services • Treatments • Retail product sales

Services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with state regulations.

Results are not guaranteed and may vary depending on individual hair condition, history, and maintenance.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information • Arrive on time • Follow salon policies

Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation.

DEPOSITS

Certain services may require a deposit to secure the appointment.

Deposits:

• Are applied toward the total service cost • May be non-refundable if cancellation policy is violated

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in:

• Loss of deposit • Cancellation fees up to 100% of service cost • Requirement of deposits for future bookings

No-shows may result in refusal of future service.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We accept:

• Credit cards • Debit cards • Approved digital payment methods • Cash (if applicable)

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of salon services, refunds are not provided.

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we may evaluate and offer adjustments if appropriate.

Adjustments are determined at management discretion.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Clients must disclose relevant hair history, medical history and chemical treatments, for these can alter hair chemical services.

Reverie Haus LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Undisclosed chemical or medical history 

• At-home treatments 

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Previous salon treatments

• Environmental or other undisclosed exposures

•Products purchased outside of Reverie Haus LLC’s professional retail products

 WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully • Attempt to access secure areas without authorization • Disrupt website functionality

 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Reverie Haus LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect damages 

• Loss of data 

• Service interruptions 

• Client dissatisfaction beyond reasonable corrective measures

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

 MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service or modify these Terms at any time.

 BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reverie Haus LLC Booking Policy

Appointments

Appointments must be secured with valid contact information.

Deposits may be required for certain services.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in:

• Deposit forfeiture 

• Cancellation fee of 50% of services scheduled 

• Deposits and or unpaid fee payments are required for future bookings

• Repeat no-shows or cancellations may result in blocked future bookings

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late with no contact to the salon are considered a “no-show” a fee may apply, and appointment will need to be rescheduled.

No Shows

No shows may result in refusal of future service and a fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file

Adjustments

Service adjustments must be requested within 7 days.

Refunds are not provided.

Service Satisfaction and Product Compliance Guarantee Policy

Reverie Haus LLC guarantees the quality and integrity of its professional services when clients adhere fully to stylist recommendations, including proper aftercare and use of professional-grade products recommended by their stylist and purchased directly from Reverie Haus LLC.

Clients must notify Reverie Haus LLC of any dissatisfaction within seven (7) calendar days of the original service. Reverie Haus LLC reserves the right to inspect the hair and determine eligibility for corrective services.

This guarantee is strictly contingent upon the client’s compliance with all stylist instructions and product recommendations.

The guarantee shall be immediately void if any of the following occur after the client leaves the salon:

• Use of haircare products not recommended by the Reverie Haus stylist
• Use of professional products not purchased through Reverie Haus LLC
• Use of over-the-counter, drugstore, or non-professional products
• Use of box color, toner, bleach, or chemical treatments
• Receiving services from another salon or provider
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Exposure to chlorine, saltwater, or environmental stress without proper protection
• Any alteration, manipulation, or chemical processing of the hair

Reverie Haus LLC cannot guarantee service longevity, tone, integrity, or results when recommended professional products are not used.

Corrective services, when approved, must be performed exclusively by Reverie Haus LLC. Refunds are not provided for services rendered.

Reverie Haus LLC reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility for adjustments or corrective services.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF MINORS

Reverie Haus LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of minors.

Our website, services, and online booking systems are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 without the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect, store, use, or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Personal information includes, but is not limited to:

• Full name 

• Email address 

• Phone number 

• Address 

• Payment information 

• Online identifiers

If Reverie Haus LLC becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under the age of 13 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.

For salon services provided to minors under the age of 18, personal information must be provided by a parent or legal guardian, who is considered the responsible party and consents to the collection and use of such information solely for the purpose of providing salon services.
