Cierra
My name is Cierra Fleischmann, and hair has always been more than a career for me. It’s instinct. It’s obsession. It’s the language I’ve spent the last 16 years learning how to speak fluently. I stepped behind the chair at 17 years old without realizing it would shape the rest of my life. What started as curiosity quickly became purpose. Today, I’m the creator and founder of Reverie Haus, a space I built to challenge convention and create without limits.
I’m not interested in surface-level beauty. I’m drawn to transformation. The kind that shifts how someone carries themselves when they leave the chair. Every guest is a collaboration, every head of hair a living canvas. I’m proud to serve on the Artistic Team with Duomo Pro, and I’ve previously worked alongside the creative teams at Eufora International and Oligo Professionnel. My work has been featured in Beauty Launchpad, recognized as The Colorist Mag’s Top 30 Under 30, and nominated nine times for the Behind The Chair One Shot Hair Awards.
Beyond the accolades, my purpose has always remained the same: to create, to evolve, and to contribute to something bigger than myself. Reverie Haus was born from that vision. It exists as both a sanctuary for clients and a creative home for artists who refuse to color inside the lines.

Myia
Myia is Reverie Haus's Salon Manager and has been a hairstylist since 2018. She enjoys working with clients to create fun and unique looks to make them feel great in! From colorful vivids and basic blondes to mullets and long layers. Myia is able to do it all. When she is not at work she is hanging out with fur baby Goose.Jeff has been providing hair styling services for over 4 years. His educational background includes several advanced haircutting classes, specializing in creative haircuts and color services. “I will never let you—or your hair—down.”
Maddi
Hi! My I'm Maddi! Reverie Haus's Content Director. I have been doing hair for 4 years now, and a Hampton native. Im passionate about helping people feel confident and beautiful through their hair. I focus in lived-in blondes, short cuts, and vivid hair colors. My cutting skills range from long beautiful bouncy blowouts to short funky cuts. My favorite part of any service is the very end the moment when I see the transformation and the boost in confidence on my client's face. It's why I love what I do. When I'm not behind the chair, you can typically find me trying out a new recipe, painting something funky, or hanging with my cats. Creativity is a big part of who I am whether it's behind the chair or at home. I can't wait to have you in my chair to make you feel like the best version of your self!
Elyssia
Elyssia brings over a decade of experience in the beauty industry as both a makeup artist and hairstylist, blending technical skill with a refined eye for luxury. She specializes in healthy hair and dimensional blonding, creating results that prioritize both integrity and impact. Elyssia is passionate about delivering an intimate, elevated experience where every guest feels seen, confident, and fully themselves. Her approach is rooted in intention, artistry, and a commitment to hair that looks as good as it feels.
Eden
’m a compassionate, people-first stylist with a passion for boosting confidence through hair. I love the art of cutting and coloring, and I also offer braiding as I continue to grow and refine each specialty. Outside the salon, you’ll usually find me at live music shows, creating art, or enjoying meaningful moments with friends.
Ariell
Ariell is an essential part of the Reverie Haus ecosystem, bringing both creative drive and operational support to the space. As an apprentice and front desk coordinator, she seamlessly balances the art of hair with the rhythm of running a salon. With over four years of collective salon experience, Ariell is steadily refining her craft behind the chair while ensuring every guest experience flows effortlessly from start to finish.
Her dedication has already earned recognition, including a nomination for the Behind the Chair Student Shot Hair Awards, marking her as an emerging talent to watch. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll likely find her with her beloved cat, Luna, recharging for her next chapter in the industry
